Kansas ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Kansas Secretary of State requires that both Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The date that the Annual Report is due depends on the tax closing date; the Annual Report will be due 4 months and 15 days after the closing date. The Secretary of State will send a reminder in advance. The state offers companies the option to file the Annual Report online. Companies that choose to file the form online in lieu of the paper form will receive a discounted rate.
